Royal LePage, a leading real estate company in Canada, is launched a new fee-for-service designation program called Royal LePage Investors Edge. This program aims to train agents on how to work with residential real estate investors and provide them with a separate microsite within royallepage.ca, which will target investors.

The objective was to create a new brand identity for this separate program, which would convey the attributes premium, professionalism, trustworthy, and have a contemporary look. The challenge was to use the current font and colour scheme of the existing Royal LePage brand, yet creative something different and still fits aligns with the original branding.
